How does the Bulk system work in ScryMarket?
ScryMarket implements PF2e's Bulk system as a native encumbrance mode. Items are tracked in Bulk (whole numbers) or Light (L) categories. 10 Light items equal 1 Bulk. Your encumbrance limit is 5 + Strength modifier, with the encumbered threshold at that limit and max at limit + 5.
Where do the 5,600+ items come from?
All items are sourced from Archives of Nethys under the ORC (Open RPG Creative) license. This includes the complete item database with proper Bulk values, item levels, rarity, and traits as published in official Pathfinder 2e materials.
Does ScryMarket track item levels and rarity?
Yes! Every item includes its official level (0-20+) and rarity (common, uncommon, rare, unique). This makes treasure distribution easier - you can filter items by level to find appropriate loot for your party.
How do containers work with the Bulk system?
ScryMarket supports Bulk-reducing containers like Backpacks (which reduce the first 2 Bulk of items inside to 1 Bulk). Extradimensional containers like Bags of Holding have their own Bulk limits, and items inside don't count toward your character's Bulk.
